Introduction	I am a senior at Sam Houston State University and I love the Lord and running. I am learning how to maintain my walk with the Lord, my running, and my life in general. I believe that running and a walk with God is very similar and I would like to share my thoughts with whoever will take the time and read them. My prayer is that by writing this blog that I will reach out to others with the same struggles as me and to keep me accountable as well. "For physical training is of some value (useful for a little), but godliness (spiritual training) is useful and of value in everything and in every way, for it holds promise for the present life and also for the life which is to come" (1 Timothy 8).
