What an odd request. First off, waffles are made on a waffle iron not on a griddle. You're thinking of pancakes. In addition, generally, no, actually ideally, waffles aren't particularly moist. They are, when at their best, delicately crunchy and delicious, especially so when served with raspberries and whipped creme. Good heavens, now you've got me in full waffle fantasy! Thanks a lot.
