Introduction	I am interested in pretty much everything at some level, though cooking seems to have persisted over the years. Necessity is key for cooking for me. That is, if we are having guests, I'll try to think of something I've always wanted to make, but never got motivated to do. When we had kids and I was on for dinner or lunch, that provided a different kind of motivation to try things out. We'll try to feature both the high and low here.
