Introduction I'm bona fide Food Scientist with something to say about all things food and wine. In my career, I am always working on the interface of food chemistry with related fields of nutrition, engineering, marketing/consumer insights, regulations, etc. At home, I like to eat and drink well, so I apply a little of what I know along with a natural curiosity to try new things. In life, adventures with my wife Lauren and our friends always seem to come back to our love of food.
