| Introduction | Yeah - I don't know what the hell this blog is. It isn't a Mummy Blog, but I have a mini-me. It's not a Green blog, but I am a huge eco-hippy green geek. It isn't a feminist blog but I am a raging feminist. And humanist. And Artist. And smallholder. For those of you who don't know me and have come here wondering who is lurking on your own blog, I am a 27 year old single mum of a magical, creative, badass, empowered 5 year old daughter. I moved to Ireland 9 years ago and I now live in a wee bungalow in West Cork and live 4km from the sea on an acre of land overlooking a beautiful farming valley. I had goals once - about owning land, living utterly self sustained, etc. Now I just survive. One day to the next. The best I can for both of us. For now we have dirt, space, a hammock, fresh air, our smallholding, the sea and singing birds. Life is good enough for us... and that is good enough. <3 |
