Introduction	I am a retired newspaper editor who loves to bake. I live in Ohio and one of my daughters lives in Texas. Together, we have written three baking books and communicate on a regular basis concerning recipes and methods. I am a volunteer baker for a Catholic basilica and shrine, which makes bread, rolls, pies, soft pretzels, candy and potato chips.
