IntroductionI currently coordinate special information technology projects for Canada’s International Development Research Centre, stewarding diverse initiatives in Internet communications, online collaboration, and knowledge sharing. I have been innovating on the Internet since 1994, most recently as strategist for IDRC's Web sites and as creative Web producer of the film Atanarjuat: The Fast Runner. I have also been working to support community radio for more than twenty years, working at CFRU-FM Guelph, CKDU-FM Halifax, serving as NCRA president in the late-1980s, and currently sitting on the NCRA Advisory Board. I have consulted for the United Nations and was the founding CTO of Tomoye Corporation.
