Introduction	I am a bicyclist and I have had epilepsy since the age of 21. That is where my name comes from. In 2001 I had surgery to remove the part of my brain where the seizures were triggered. That with the medication I take has kept me seizure free since then. I resumed cycling which I had almost given up due to the frequency of my seizures and am now an epilepsy advocate that tries to spread hope to others that they can become seizure free with the proper care of a specialist.
