| Introduction | I am a single mother, a beginning teacher and a fitness enthusiast - in that order! My little one, Luka, is the light of my life. I hold him in my heart throughout the school day as he helps me remember how special each child is to his or her family. I try to give my students the same love and encouragement I give to Luka. I am on an admittedly steep learning curve as a new teacher, but I genuinely love it and am grateful for the opportunity.
