| Introduction | After much careful thought (and encouragement from great friends), I've decided to start this little blog about cooking and eating great food. If you are interested in learning easy and delicious recipes, you've come to the right place. The catch? All the recipes are vegetarian - WAIT! Don't leave! I promise, you won't even miss the meat. In most cases, you won't even notice it isn't there. The recipes aren't always low in fat or carbs, but I will try my hardest to offer healthy alternatives. I refuse to make myself stick to a scheduled regimen for posts. I don't know what the norm for blogs is, so I will say that if you are here, I am happy to have you. Thanks for reading! |
