Introduction	I am an assistant professor in a social science at a large research university. I love my job, but that joy has been threatened over the last two years with a diagnosis of chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS). Now I am on a journey, which will hopefully result in my recovery from CFS and achievement of tenure.
