| Introduction | Fred Babbs says "go to your room and make stuff". I have always loved making stuff. I'm from a very crafty family - we were always doing some kind of project. I sometimes get really scattered because I love everything artsy & I want to do it all, but I guess my main focus has been fiber art. I have always loved to sew -and that has lead to a passion for quilting,fabric dyeing & painting & all kinds of surface design. Right now I am focusing on my longarm quilting business, which I began in 2002. I sometimes vend at quilt shows; I sell my hand dyed fabrics & quilting books. I bought tons of books with wild abandon, so I have lots of books that are in really, really good condition, many of which are out of print & hard to find collector's items.I'm selling books & some fabrics online & have just started offering all kinds of things on Ebay, Etsy & Amazon. It's fun & also anxiety producing. So here's my shameless plug - BUY MY STUFF (please). |
