| Introduction | Today in 2013 I am a male,63 years old average in height and stocky in build. I have big shoulders. Some say I am attractive but I don't always feel that way. I grew up in an alcoholic household and hated what happened when they all drank. Then one day I got drunk and understood, Alcohol made it all go away. Something happened after that first drink, I learned that I just did not care if I drank enough. I drank for 25 years to black out when ever I could. Today I have 24 years in sobriety thanks to the program of Alcoholics Anonymous, to the people who helped me along the way and to my Higher Power that keeps me sober. Life is good today. |

If you could peer far enough into the night sky, you'd see a star in any direction you looked. When would you sleep?
I have been on the ocean and seen nights like that, I didn't sleep, I was amazed.
