| Introduction | I am a GCSE English Language Lecturer at an FE College in West Yorkshire. I am also an Advanced Learning Practitioner. I'm passionate about learning about learning so that I can give my students the best chance to be successful. The vast majority of my students find English very difficult. It is challenging trying to find ways to engage them but more than that, it is challenging trying to help them to make the small improvements which will get them to the illusive grade 4. However, it is a challenge that I love and I love trying to reinvent the wheel; I love creating resources and planning lessons....this would be my dream job! Full time resource creator! My mind is always mulling things over and trying to find new and innovative things to try in the classroom. |
