| Introduction | I was born in London in 1971 and now live in Madrid, Spain. I'm the author of dozens of articles on Fortean themes in English and Spanish and co-author of Wonders in the Sky with Jacques Vallee. I'm also the director and co-founder of the research group Magonia Exchange, an amazing team of likeminded writers and researchers who tirelessly gather clippings and reports from obscure sources dating from antiquity to 1947, aiming to build the largest archive of early Fortean material in the world (a goal I think we've already achieved). My approach is methodical, skeptical and open-minded to the reality (or lack thereof) of weird events. Having seen a UFO myself in 1996 helps keep me straying into a state of total disbelief, while my own investigation of hundreds of historical cases serves to remind me that nothing in this field should be taken at face value. |
