| Introduction | In 2009 a serious digestive illness rendered me unable to eat. There was no easy medical cure, so out of necessity, I cobbled together a treatment protocol that included diet therapy and alternative medicine. I made gradual improvement, but a cure was elusive. In 2013 I was diagnosed with Chronic Lyme Disease, which seemed to explain my inability to get well. For the first time in years, I had hope that a cure was imminent. Little did I know, I was stepping into a complicated, political bog. And little did I know, there is no easy cure for Chronic Lyme Disease. This blog chronicles my attempts to regain my health. My hope is that by sharing my story I can help somebody else who may be struggling. And if I can help even one person, everything I have been through will be worth it and then some.
