Introduction	What can I say... I'm a lover of adventure, life is one big adventure. I'm incredibly fulfilled in life with or without someone. Life is good. I've trained in psychology but now spread my wings and travelling and seeking new horizons. Life is such fun living in the the now, living in the present moment.

Favorite movies	Too many to mention but I enjoy watching films that are provocative to make one think. Still love a good romance that makes me cry.
Favorite music	Classical, Jazz, blues, pop, rhythm and blues Diana Krall still a fav. Dave Grusin, Fourplay, and many more.
Favorite books	The Power of Now, Jonathan Livingstone Seagull, The Velveteen Rabbit.
