Introduction	I was saved at very young age and can not recollect the experience. What I do remember is the Holy Spirit leading me throughout my life. I truly loved the Lord as a little girl, but sometime around the middle school years I changed. As I think of the parable of the sower, I believe the early seeds that were planted in my life fell on good soil and had growth, but I soon allowed the weeds of life to take over. My roots were inhibited and my stalk shaded from the sun (His Son). Eventually my little plant withered and died. Thus started many years of living in darkness. Finally, in October of 1999, at the age of 21, I consecrated my life to God. I was married in 2001 but those first five years of marriage were trying. Eventually I learned that I cannot rely on anyone but myself to bring me to God. Certainly not the world, not my parents, siblings, kids, not even my husband. Only by His grace, mercy, and love am I even compelled to bring myself to the feet of the Lord. In 2009, with a new found desire for His Word and prayer, I began my prayer journey.
