| Introduction | I'm a "too active" soul who needs to use this new year to get her life in order. Thus, the beginnings of this blog, to help myself and others shed the extra pounds that tend to hold us all back from being able to do what we need or would like to be able to do. I'm a wife of 32 years to my "white haired" guy who I love dearly. I have 3 grown children who are all married and living in different areas of the country. I have 6 beauties for grandsons with 1 more on the way. Because of my own strong convictions I was a "Stay At Home Mom" for most of 25 years. I began a job working "part-time/part-time" retail a year ago at a woman's clothing store. With my "baby" turning 27 this year I have finally accepted that the "baby fat" I've been carrying around isn't coming off on its own. It's time to get serious and show it the door. |
