| Introduction | It's the mid-eighties. I'm standing in Kay Bee Toys in the Lansing Mall looking at the D&D Basic Set and Expert Set. The warning on the Expert Set claims the Basic Set is needed to play. I think to myself, "Well, they say that, but I'll be able to figure it out." I just buy the Expert Set. And twenty some years later, I'm still trying to figure it out. (And still having fun doing it.) |
