Introduction My interest in the pastry arts began at age twelve when I started helping my aunt at her Cake business in Tehran, Iran. After graduating from Tehran University in French translator, I started to read French pastry books. As my fascination with pastry grew, I began making wedding cakes and desserts. As a student of my craft, I traveled to Europe where my interest in artisan chocolate and pastries tempted me to be trained with professional pastry chefs. I moved to Chicago approaching my desire to pursue a career as a pastry chef. I was honor to work with America’s number one cake maker and decorators “Mary Maher at The Cake Girls”. In less than one year, I had my name on American press such as Pastry & Baking North America and the Food Art magazine. During my time at school, I learned artisan bread making with Melina Kelson, who named as the first certified master bakers in America. Now I am gathering all my best recipes and tips together hopping to publish it in both English and Farsi language. Here are some that I would love to share with you.
