| Introduction | I found out when I was 22 years old that I was not my Dad's biological child. I was upset, happy,relieved and felt betrayed all at once. My Mom conceivied me with the help of an Annonomous sperm donor at the Tyler Clinic in Westwood, California. She was given no information about her donor except that he was healthy and a student at UCLA. I am looking for my biological father as well as half-siblings that are out there. Growing up I always felt that something was missing and I felt out of place. And, now, especially after having my own child, I want to find that missing piece. I want to thank that donor that made it possible for my Mom to have me , yet I want to let other people out there know how hard it is not knowing your "other" half. |
