| Introduction | I'm starting this to chronicle the activities in my shop where I make guitars. Classical and Flamenco Guitars. I occasionally do a bit of repair work, but only selected repairs and never on a Martin Guitar. I make guitars that I like and that I can make sound really good. As any luthier or aspiring luthier, my goal is to make the best guitar ever, but I know this is a quixotic dream and that there are luthiers who have been making guitars for 50 years who feel that they've never acheived anything near that. To my knowledge, there is no Stradivarius of guitars. There are great guitars, but I don't think the pinnicle has been reached. |
