| Introduction | This blog has been many things. It started as a way to record the ups and downs of family life as we learned to find those moments of joy that made life feel meaningful. Later it became more of a personal diary as I struggled through depression and the challenges Ben was going through trying to get our dental practice going. Our outlook on life has changed a lot since then. We feel like many of our hopes and dreams for our family have changed as we are being humbled and learning to give up our own wills to align ourselves to what the Savior wants for us. So now, the focus in my writing isn't as much about the ups and downs of life, as much as it is about how the Lord is teaching our family about His way and His path. We don't have any idea where that will go right now, but we do trust it will make us stronger and that our faith will grow throughout the journey. We feel lucky to get to share our lives with so many special people along the way. |
