Introduction	When I was little, I wanted to be the first woman on the moon.

Favorite movies	Wild at Heart, Bladerunner, Serpico, The Maltese Falcon, almost all Scorcese films, old Hitchcock, etc., ad infinitum. You must see Slumdog Millionaire if you haven't already!
Favorite music	Bach, Beethoven, Bartok, Philip Glass, Flaming Lips, Pretenders, The Beatles, Ulrich Schnaus, Blonde Redhead, Billie Holiday, Boards of Canada, Thievery Corporation, Yo La Tengo, Bajofondo, salsa music, latin music of various kinds, jazz, blues, rap, etc. Like too much music to list all and this is kind of a random list.
Favorite books	Crime and Punishment. East of Eden. Neuromancer. The Bible. Les Miserables.
