| Introduction | Married 42 yrs. to my college sweetheart Jennifer and have 2 great kids - Kyle, 36 and Kristi, 30. I've traveled to 40 countries. I've been blessed to race in World Championship triathlons in 3 out of the 4 triathlon distances. Represented Team USA four times, once in Germany, twice in Australia and once in London at the ITU World Championships where I finished 6th in the world in my age group at the Sprint distance out of 95 starters from 57 countries. I was the first Amercian out of 15. In 2012, I became the National Champion in the sprint distance for my age group and again in 2017. I've taken first-overall 40 times in races. God has blessed me greatly! |

| Favorite Books | God's Word - best seller of all of human history...then...I love Gene Edwards books especially A Tale of Three Kings, A.W.Tozer's writings, The Calvary Road by Roy Hession, Ultra-Marathon Man by Dean Karnazes, Born to Run is great too. I like reading books written by sports champions and discovering their secrets. I loved Lone Survivor! All non-fiction escape stories. |
