| Introduction | I am a Co-Active Coach and a curious philosopher. I believe a good life cannot just be written about, the important things are discovered in action and context. I am a champion of common sense and self knowledge. I have a BA Hons in Philosophy and Theology and an MSc in Positive Psychology. I am the author of Brilliant Positive Psychology. I don't believe the psychologists hold the answers but I am glad they are asking the questions. I am happy that psychology is rediscovering the importance of character, is bumping into moral philosophy, using the word wisdom and examinining the positive affects of spiritual practices. I began my life as a chef. |
