Introduction	I'm an enthusiastic home cook who loves all things food related. I enjoy sharing my kitchen knowledge (yes, even the failures!) and encourage everyone to try their hand at cooking. Some of my earliest memories are of sitting on the kitchen counter while my mom made dinner for our family. She always encouraged me to help and I often had a smaller version of whatever she was making (pie crust scraps or little pieces of potatoes). There's nothing like making memories and starting new traditions with friends and family. Food has the ability to bring people together like few other things. No matter your skill level, you can have fun in the kitchen. Now get out there and cook! :)
