| Introduction | The ModGal Studio is a Modern Quilt Guild The goal of the ModGal Studio is to promote and perpetuate the art of modern quilt design to its members and to the public. The work of the Guild is designed to educate all persons interested in advancing the modern quilt movement. The Guild hopes to cultivate camaraderie and inspiration among its members in our desire to do something different within the traditional quilt community. We will use fabric and design as a medium for making a statement of personal expression to reinvigorate this classic craft. ModGal will endorse modern quilt projects for the benefit of charitable causes and arrange opportunities to broaden quilting skills through educational programs, meetings and workshops. |
