Introduction	I am a mum to 4 small children who are between the ages of 3 and 7. Being a parent takes up most of my time (with a huge amount of help from my husband, Dylan). I enjoy cooking and baking, and I am currently having a lifestyle overhaul in order to lose weight. In 2010 I started cycling and completed a race on 25 miles in the Lake District. I intend to do the same in 2011, but a longer distance. I want to enter the Great Swim in 2011 too, and have recently started training for this.
Interests	Reading, cycling, breastfeeding, baby-wearing, cloth nappies, vegetarian, cooking and baking, planning a holiday.
