Introduction I am Arka Bhattacharya, a final year undergraduate student at National Institute of Technology, Trichy, India and also one of the awardees of ACM SIGACT Student Scholarship Award at the ACM Turing Centenary Celebration 2012 in the romantic and beautiful city of San Francisco. I am broadly interested in almost all theoretical studies in the fields of mathematics, computer science,physics and philosophy, but would like to continue my doctoral studies in the beautiful and elegant field of Algorithms and Complexity Theory. I have almost equal interests in number theory, game theory, quantum computation and Wittgenstein's Philosophical Laws. I am an avid traveller and a mountaineer and have led expeditions and trekked many parts of the mighty Himalayas and the Garo-Khasi hills. I play a lot of football and do exercises to keep my body fit and used to be an athletic champion in my school days.
