Introduction	Well, lets see. I am married to my beautiful wife Dawn for more than sixteen years now. We have five great children, Thalia 10, Thaddeus 7, Gwendolyn 5, Cianen 3, and Tatina all of whom we Homeschool. I have been working in kitchens off and on since I was fourteen, and am now currently working as a Sous Chef at a great restaurant called the Hydra in Sandpoint Idaho, where we have just recently moved to. I have also spent a lot of time building houses, having learned most of my construction knowledge from my Father-in-law, although with the current economy I figured it would be best to leave the trade for a while.
