| Introduction | I am a graduate of Harvard and earned my MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Since 1995, I have owned a research/search firm, The Longfellow Search Group. I got my first taste of how to research a number of years ago when I worked at Harvard Business School as a researcher. Currently, my company focuses on finding passive candidates by calling directly into companies. We put together org. charts and find hard-to-find truly passive professionals. My firm has a total of 35 years of finding passive candidates using the telephone. We have completed search work at all "C" levels and many executive levels. We have developed names within many challenging industries: IT, Hardware, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Consulting, Sports, Civil Engineering and others.
