| Introduction | I have years of working experience in organizational excellence and transformation. I am the founder and was the Principal Consultant for the MINDEF Innovation and Transformation Office with the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) from 2001 to 2007, and was instrumental in creating the MINDEF Innovation Framework, MINDEF Innovation Pipeline, and Jumpstart - the change management programme that brought creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship into the ministry and the Singapore Armed Forces. These initiatives have attracted the interest of many public and private sector organizations, including the National Library Board, Prime Minister Office, SPRING Singapore, Civil Service College, and ChervonTexaco. I am currently the lead specialist on Innovation for the Human Capital Singapore (HCS), a CET Center overseeing the WSQ Human Resource Framework in Singapore. | Interests | Through these years, I have developed competencies and skills in creating products and services that enable change, like the MINDEF Innovation Game and Innovation Dive, designing consultation and facilitation tools and processes, and delivering these as organizational appropriate interventions to obtain the intended outcomes. In addition to these, I have in depth knowledge and experience in the field of creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship to conduct talks, and deliver experiential based workshops and training programmes for participants from different levels of the organization. Some of my clients include Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Law, Defence Science and Technology Agency, and Gillette Asia Pacific. |
