| Introduction | I am a stay-at-home mom who loves music, reading, my little kiddo, Glee, Friends, good food, and most of all, cooking! I have my Bachelor's degree in Music, but am using this time free from school to support my hubby as he finishes his degree and works full time. Good food is what makes me happy. I love curry, balsamic vinegar, roasted garlic, brie, Thai, lemons, exotic flavors, everything! I have my likes and dislikes, but I will try anything once. I may not be the most fit person in the world, but I try my best to cook what I love, while eating right. I don't always succeed, but you know what they say - never trust a skinny chef! Bottom line is, COOKING MAKES ME HAPPY! |
