| Introduction | In the project management arena for the past twenty years, and working in the creative arts for even twice that time, it seems that the evidence of practical management is sometimes clouded by the charts, graphs and theories; as well as cluttered in folders, CD's, thumb drives and portable hardrives. I believe in the practical approaches to management and that the primary resources of every project must be "managed" and never "manipulated". The difference? The attitude of the heart. |
