| Introduction | Good Day! Thank you for visiting my blog. As I sit here, trying to think of something witty to describe myself, all my mind keeps going back to, is my little 6 year old self, in the kitchen, concocting all sorts of disasters (some DEFINITELY not edible - who thinks to add soap to their sandwich spread1?!??) But - don't worry! Long gone are the days of these awful creations - and time and practice have helped me create delicious and new treats (all edible!). Being in the kitchen has this amazing ability to bring me calm (even when I have a massive order that is due to be picked up any minute and I'm still running around like a crazy maniac trying to put the final touches on). It has generated much thought and contemplation (not always thinking about whether its possible to make this delicious treat even more delicious?!?!). I hope to share with you some of 'Patisse Bake Shop's' treats, but also some of the thoughts that came to mind whilst creating them.
