| Introduction | What you see is only on the surface. I have Bi-Polar disorder thus some of my posts will not be of a happy nature. I find that it helps to get things down and out of my head. Kind of like empting the trash. I have also decided that I need to put the positive things in as well. I tend to forget the positive and dwell on the negative. Say la vi. It ain't no thing. |
