| Introduction | Matteo was born in 1983. He decided to become a director when he was 9. The decision became definitive by the age of 13, but he shot nothing till the 'tender' age of 21 while attending NYFA in London. What he has been doing in the middle is still unknown. He has been working as an AD on both films and operas, no surprise if one of his darkest desires is to direct a production of Mozart's "Magic Flute".
