Introduction	I began volunteering at the SPCA of Wake County about 14 years ago. I was employed with the SPCA for about a year before moving out of town. I am a volunteer with 'Red Rover', a nationwide animal rescue agency. I began volunteering at the Pitt County Animal Shelter in June 2011 as a runner, photographer, and now a blogger.
