| Introduction | I am a mother, a lover, a friend....how do you define yourself? Moved to the US from South Africa thirteen years ago. There are days that I long so much for my family that it feels as if someone tore my heart out. I pray for world peace everyday. I pray for the safety of those I love and those I do not know, but yet to meet. I admire kind and gentle people. My career as a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Teacher and Asian Body Therapist is a passion not a job. I believe and expect the best possible outcome for every client or student that I touch...which leaves me in awe more often than not. I am Blessed! |
