| Introduction | I am a math teacher at Incarnate Word Academy. I love math, its elegance and wonder, and hope this course inspires my students to explore math at a deeper level .....even beyond their high school text book. Math was my "favorite" subject in high school, and I have always been impressed by the gile, humor, and brilliance of mathematicians. I witnessed this at Colgate University, where I majored in math (thanks, Dr. Saracino), and in graduate school at Northwestern University (tip of the hat to Drs. Cinlar and Fourier). |
