| Introduction | I am a graduated bum (say what?!) from Belmont Abbey College currently living at home while I wait for my wedding next July. Several years ago I was diagnosed with Eosiniphilic Esophagitis (E. E.), and it has been an uphill battle from the get-go. I'm finally getting a grip on it...but it's a constant struggle to maintain a healthy lifestyle (for me) while also juggling the other demands on my time. I can't begin to list all of my allergens...so you can pick them up as you go :) I'm from a huge home-schooled family and have loved every crazy fun-filled moment of it. I'm engaged and working on wedding plans in the midst of everything...My latest goal has become to live and enjoy life to its fullest! |
