| Introduction | I have been teaching for 10 years. I actually attended Zion for 8 years, graduated from Lutheran High St. Charles, and earned a BA in Elementary Education at Concordia, Chicago. I taught for 3 years then took 10 years off while my three girls were young. I have taught many grades including 4th, 3rd, 2nd, 1st, and PDO. My passion is teaching and I love what I do. I want my students to know the love of Jesus and I try to share that love with them every second that they are in my room. I see each child as a special creation of God and try to treat them in a way that I would want my own daughters to be treated. In my free time I enjoy watching my daughters play sports, baking and cooking, and reading. My husband is principal at Lutheran High School, St. Charles and my daughters attend Lutheran High and Zion. Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:4-7 |
