About me

Introduction	I'm a writer from multiple worlds. Well, sort of. I was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to parents from the island of Dominica (not, as is widely assumed, the Dominican Republic), and I've lived in Dominica since I was nine, though I've been in school in Florida for the last few years. I hold an MFA in Fiction from Florida State University and am currently also pursuing my PhD in Creative Writing there. You can find some of my work in The New Humanism, Transnational Literature, BIM: Arts for the 21st Century, Belletrist Coterie, Black Lantern Publishing, on Caribbean News Now and Dominica News Online, and elsewhere.
