| Interests | This is my 21st year teaching kindergarten. I feel very fortunate to be one of the people who LOVE their job. I have two grown children, a daughter who lives in Springfield, Illinois and a son who lives with his wife and 2 daughters in California. I live with my husband of 37 years who is very patient and supportive of my continuous distractions as a teacher. I am a great believer in the Arts as part of a balanced education and have written the fine arts grant for our school for the last 16 years. It is a mission of mine to always be on the lookout for ways to be a more effective teacher. I love teaching at my school because of the small class sizes and the supportive parents. Favorite Saying - You just never know what amazing journey this life is going to take you on. |
