Introduction	Pierre Adriaan Du Plessis was born in South Africa. As a child he was consistently creative; not a day would pass without a hammer or pencil in his hand. As a teenager, western comic books became a strong inspirational influence. He came of age during the end of apartheid. This gave him perspective and tolerance. Armed with these and other core values, he became a dependable and hard working computer programmer. Through his work he found love and married, however the marriage ended amicably a few years later. During that time he had renewed his passion for art. He still lives in South Africa, developing software for a living. He has recently begun learning to speak Russian, and is also in the process of writing a book. He continues to cultivate his creativity.
