| Introduction | My name is Carmen and I started this blog as a way to keep track of different recipes and ideas I've tried. The reason I named it Buddha's Hand is because at the moment I'm rather obsessed with the buddha's hand citron and have not been able to find it. I guess that's not surprising, Vernon probably isn't the best place to find rare and exotic foods. I guess I'll just have to use that as an excuse to travel! Anyway, welcome to my food journal! |
