| Introduction | Born in Jamaica, raised in New York City and Orlando Florida. In my twenties I had symptoms that western medicine wasn't able to diagnose. I finally returned to the natural remedies my mother raised us on and discovered a whole new world. In 2001 I was blessed to attend the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City where I became certified as a Holistic Health Counselor. |
