| Introduction | I am at a stage in my life where I have trouble pinning myself down to one spot and calling that me. I keep managing to wriggle free and change! I’m hopefully GMO free; FSC approved; fair trade; free range; thankfully not hormone-free; probably not pesticide free but definitely 100% organic! I spend too much time carting kids around to extra-murals to honestly claim that I am a free-wheeling intrepid adventurer! I can, however, explain myself by what I do. I sing (too little), dance (where possible), run (when I’m up for it!) explore, walk my dog, write poetry and short stories, pick vegetables, smile, laugh, share, search, create, simplify, take pictures, aim at grassroots living and a healthy wholesome energizing lifestyle, constantly focus on sustaining inner calm even when the world’s a hurricane! I also own Moonstone, a small Crystal and Jewellery Gallery, with my husband in Plettenberg Bay, where we live with our two exceptionally awesome children in a little house that we are slowly building ourselves, overlooking the bay and under-looking the clear clean open sky.
